Hi, I have changed  a couple of things. As time goes by and I get more time and some new ideas we'll see how we really can improve this page.

 An old Priest once said to me, no one has too little time to thank God for what we have. His idea was; no matter how little time you had, you could always say upon waking up :           Thank you God for everything, bless me and all  I love and do  today.   Try it and see how much happier you'll feel. When you go to bed at night say  a small prayer again. If you are lucky enough to be in a family whose  prayers are listened to at bed time, you have lots to thank God for.
